Security Manager| HIGH WYCOMBE
We’re looking for a fabulous Security Manager to join our Security team and play a key role in the safety and security for our employees, retail stores, warehouse, and company assets.
You’ll work collaboratively with the Leadership team, Senior Management team and the Retail Operations team to develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures ensuring alignment of the security and shrinkage strategy for the business, to minimise loss.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Analyse business data and trends to identify areas of risk across TPS and provide actionable insights, taking appropriate action and providing solutions for online and in store.
· Develop and maintain security metrics and KPIS to measure the effectiveness of security programs and technology.
· Manage and report on all security costs and budgets and represent TPS in local and group tenders for provision of security services.
· Respond to security incidents and emergencies and conduct Investigations and police liaison following losses caused by either internal or external theft or fraud with pace and urgency.
· Collaborate with other departments and Security functions in the AS Watson group on key strategic opportunities and to integrate security considerations into business operations.
· Maintain up to date knowledge for all legal security compliance to include GDPR and ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, standards, and best practice.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
· You need a lot of experience of working at an equivalent level in a retail or a similar customer obsessed business and you understand all aspects of Retail security, being aware of trends, security technologies and system solutions, and opportunities in the industry.
· You will have excellent attention to detail.
· Hands-on experience of leading, mentoring and coaching a team

· Knowledge of relevant security regulations and standards
