About the job You will report directly to the Country Lead, where you will be a key player and strategic decision maker in ensuring the safety and security of Sanofi's operations in our country. Main responsibilities: As the Country Security Manager of Sanofi, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the security infrastructure that protects our most valuable assets with further responsibilities such as: Act as a local Cyber and data officer correspondent, collaborating with the Global Cyber team and roll out cyber awareness sessions. Oversee various security functions, including physical security, information protection, event security, travel security, supply chain security, and product security. Conduct market intelligence exercises and counterfeit investigations, maintaining monthly security reports, emergency plans, and security manuals. Develop and implement security procedures and policies aligned with global corporate standards. Conduct risk assessments and audits for hotels, transport service providers, manufacturing sites and facilities regularly. Act as the central point of contact for all security-related matters for the ANZ affiliate. Ensure safety and security of employees, collaborating to implement security measures systems and procedures required for safety and security of employees. Monitor and mitigate ongoing and emerging security threats, providing expert advice. Implement supply chain security programs, incident response plans and crisis management plans whilst supporting the Emergency Response Team Foster relationships with law enforcement, government agencies, local French embassy and private security providers. Become the point of contact for security support required by all international and domestic travellers, including International Assignees in the country. Provide guidance to security correspondents on security procedures and security measures related to physical security design, guarding services, technical security, and crisis response. About you Experience: A strong background in security management. Sound knowledge of information security risk management, cybersecurity technologies. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Certified Fraud Examiner certifications desirable Proficiency in security tools and systems. Experience in Crisis Management within a corporate environment. Proven track record in corporate security, crisis management, or related fields. A self-motivator with the ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve security goals. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Effective communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams. Global Outlook: Ability to work in a multicultural, international/global business environment. Proactive and adaptable, ready to address challenges head-on.
