The Role:

• Maintain the safety and security of all staff, artists, vendors and guests.  Create and maintain a positive and uplifting experience for diverse groups of individuals.

The Security Officer is responsible to perform protective, preventative, safety and security related informant functions to ensure the safety and well-being of customers, visitors, and staff. They will implement and monitor all security operations in accordance with all applicable laws and company policies in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, the Simulator Flight Instructor I will be responsible for the delivery of training primarily in a flight simulator or other training device, but also when required in ground school, in accordance with the appropriate regulatory and customer requirements.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Delivery of instructor led training / Part 142 training to CAE customers
• Delivery of ATP/CTP courses – ground school and sim sessions on the A320 platform..
• Conduct pre and post flight simulator briefings in a thorough, professional manner and in accordance with CAE standards.
• Conduct each simulator session in accordance with the CAE, aircraft manufacturer or the customers’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). 
• Provide simulator flight instruction for the issue of licenses, type ratings and certificates.
• Complete the appropriate client training records accurately and comprehensively to ensure client understanding and a seamless handover to other instructors.
• Recommend, where necessary, remedial training for a client who is not meeting the required training progress.
• Record simulator usage and discrepancies using the appropriate procedures.
• Track the validity of instructional qualifications to ensure that he/she remains qualified to deliver training at all times in accordance with contractual commitments. 
• Act as subject matter expert in creation of curricula and courseware when required.
• Accept training for examiner responsibilities when required by the Head of Training.
• Act as invigilator when examination is conducted

Qualifications 

• Should be typed on the A320 platform. Need not be current.
• At least 2 years as part of a FAA Part 121 program.
• Ready to work night shifts as required by simulator availability.
• Bachelor degree in job-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Passes in all Airline Transport Pilots License written exams.
• Minimum experience required by the Regulatory Authority issuing instructor rating.
• Hold an existing instructor qualification or -rating issued by a Regulatory Authority desirable.
• Meet the relevant minimum qualification and experience requirements for qualification as a Simulator Instructor.
• Hold or has held a professional pilots’ license.
• A working knowledge of the relevant aviation regulations.

Summary

The Candidate will report to the Security Manager and will have primary responsibility for a professional, polite image as the primary point of contact for greeting and assisting visitors to CAE USA Inc. as the first line of defense to our Arlington cleared facility. He/she will play a major role in enforcing Security policies related to Visitor access and have a demonstrated ability to resolve issues of visitor and employee access professionally and effectively. Additionally, the candidate will provide key administrative support to the organization by performing data and record entry, building access and maintaining logs for the Arlington facility as required by the 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and Corporate Policy.  This position will support a fast-paced, technically diverse employee population including government, military and contractor personnel.

The selected candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision, be detail oriented and able to work with various levels of personnel.

The candidate will also provide back-up support to other operational support roles within the organization to include DoD personnel clearance processing utilizing US Government databases to include DISS, NBIS, e-QIP and eAPP, as well as maintaining personnel records using the security management system for the CONUS and OCONUS off-site locations for CAE USA Inc., Arlington employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as first line of security implementing Visitor policies and monitoring visitors while they are in the Lobby

• Be prepared to implement procedures for potentially serious circumstances (e.g., suspicious personnel, activities, severe weather and company disaster evacuations)

• Assist with the conducting of internal self-inspections

Summary:
For our Information Technology team, we are hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst. This is a
challenging yet exciting role in a fast growing business and within a high class team.

Primary Responsibility:
As a Cybersecurity Analyst you will provide consulting support to the business units in
implementing secure business solutions and responding to security incidents. You will test and aid in the implementation of appropriate detections, including documentation of incidents and playbooks. Specific areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

Incident Response

Perform incident response handling and management of forensic evidence, meeting SLAs and customer experience metrics. Respond to security incidents with top tier endpoint and cloud technologies. Create and maintain incident documentation and playbooks. Manage and monitor SIEM and other tools for suspicious system activity and handle investigations using proper forensic methodologies and regulations.

Research
Participate in vendor advisory committees, threat intel organizations, and other industry
knowledge-sharing groups. Research emerging attacks and perform threat hunting activities.

Security Tool Management

In partnership with cybersecurity engineers, evaluate new security technologies for integration with existing systems. Develop and maintain detection policies and alerts, including tuning for efficacy. Propose new uses for existing technologies to improve data quality and reduce risk. Perform tool evaluations and conduct proof of concepts.  Manage alert ingest processes. Onboard new data sources into SIEM.

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Physical Security Manager, you will be responsible for the overall workplace security throughout JLG. This position is accountable to manage, oversee, and carryout security programs and policies relating to applicable local, state, and federal regulations. You would interface with other team members from all levels of the organization which is imperative in this position in order to maintain a safe and secure working environment. In this position you'll report to the Safety Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Assist in the development, implementation and administration of security procedures and training programs.

• Manage the day-to-day security operations and be responsible for the security and protection of all product either finished or in process.

• Negotiate the terms and manage the execution of contracted security services.

• Security post order review.

• Communicate with local authorities, government bodies, customer and others as required in case of security breach.

• Ensure facilities are provided with high quality security services to protect our people and property.

• Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.

• Be the security resource for stressful or higher risk situations.

• Provide travel security guidance for those team members traveling international.

• Continually monitor and assess security control effectiveness, through walks, inspections and analysis.

• Effectively manage multiple projects from proposal to completion.

• Maintain and enhance current CCTV system.

• Develop positive relationships with local, state and federal agencies and outside specialist/organizations to enhance the credibility of the company's security system.

• Participate or lead other special projects or assignments as assigned by supervisor.

• Recommend plan for budgets and capital expenditures or security related enhancements.

• Ability to handle highly confidential materials.

• Lead continuous improvement projects for security.

• Consult with all levels of management including: manufacturing managers, engineers, plant managers, coordinators, union representatives and visitors.

• Responsible for overall facility access control for employees, contractors, and visitors.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in security or related field.

• 5 plus years’ experience in security or law enforcement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 plus years of leadership experience.

• Experience in creating and overseeing security strategies and plans for events.

• Ability to assertively and efficiently multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to communicate security information to all audiences and present information.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, e-mail systems, and other advanced computer programs.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide an extraordinary customer service experience; build strong relationships with employees and partners and drive customer satisfaction through support
• Manage and report incoming technical support inquiries; clearly communicate escalated issues to the Desktop team as needed; resolve conflicts and serve as an escalation point for technical support issues; Implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce customer faults and issues
• Oversee day to day operations of the Technical Support Team
• Provide direct supervision of the Technical Support team which will include recruitment, onboarding, one-on-one meetings, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Act as a mentor and provide oversight, coaching, and training to Technical Support team on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics to leadership
• Develop and provide knowledgebase resources for troubleshooting company technology
• Remain up to date on technical support industry news and best practices by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, networking, and participating in professional organizations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 6+ years of related professional experience
• 1+ year of people-management experience 
• Customer service focus with demonstrated understanding of the meaning to serve
• Experience with ticket tracking systems and supporting remote users and offices
• Effective interpersonal and listening skills for establishing good working relationships with people of all levels
• Ability to be resourceful, work effectively as a team player, and prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent adaptability skills and flexibility in changing situations
