IT Project Analyst
The Project Analyst is responsible for evaluating, planning, and executing projects. They analyze project data, track progress, and ensure goals are met within timelines and budgets. Additionally report creation, collaboration with teams and identifying areas for improvement in project processes. Strong analytical skills are essential in this role.
Project Planning and Execution
Track project goals, tasks, resources, deadlines, conflicts, details, costs, risk, etc. Coordinate team interaction with external departments and vendors. Manage, coordinate, and implement project team's user on and off-boarding processes. Coordinate the approval, execution, and processing of SOW, POs, and contracts. Facilitates other activities of the IT department as needed.
Reporting
Provide budget and expenditure reports. Preparation design and development of customized management-level reports and dashboards in support of the ministry's initiatives or programs. Document business requirements and create data requirements. Build out data sets that meet the data requirements.
Data Analysis
Analysis that facilitates the transformation of complex data/information into actionable insights. Includes advanced financial analysis, forecasting, data modeling, statistical analysis and complex financial modeling; Proactively identify opportunities with moderate to broad impact and visibility, propose solutions to relevant parties and drive implementation of solutions with support from leader.
Administrative Support
Performs the activities of the WorkPlace Purchaser for EA related purchases and of the backup WorkPlace Purchaser for IT-related purchases. Research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendor invoices. Expedite purchases through the WorkPlace process when necessary. Ensures vendor invoices match the purchase authorization. Maintains expense reporting as requested. Maintain IT employee records, attendance, schedules, and time clock discrepancies. Distribute interoffice mail, maintain office supplies, and compile various IT reports and ticklers. Assistant the Chief Information Officer as needed.
