As a Project Manager in the Energy Solution team, you'll be at the forefront of this renewable energy revolution, orchestrating small to medium sized projects for our business customers that harness the power of the sun and sustainable technologies. From sealing the initial deal to celebrating the handover, you'll be driving projects that reduce carbon footprints and create a more sustainable world.

What you’ll be doing:
Overseeing the safe and successful delivery of Energy Solutions commercial solar projects from sales proposal development to handover in line with budget, schedule, and quality specifications.
Overseeing the Customer interface following handover from the Business Development Manager to ensure that AGL’s Customers receive the highest level of professionalism and consistent, authentic communication, and experience an exceptional customer experience.
Communicating and negotiating with customers and subcontractors to agree contract terms, variations and developing professional partnerships to minimize delays and inefficiencies at their work sites.
Maintaining excellent communication and stakeholder management to enable close working relationships with the internal Projects Team and Approvals Coordinators, Safety Managers, external approval entities and other internal and external stakeholders and staff to successfully deliver energy solutions that meet Customer expectations.
Managing all aspects of project close-out, including preparation of O&M manuals, completion of STC/LGC documentation, customer invoicing, documentation of lessons learned and system handover and training to the customer.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction management or related discipline including demonstrated experience as a project management or project engineer.
Experience working for a major industrial and commercial rooftop solar installation provider and knowledge of national and state regulations and guidelines in Electrical and PV industry will be highly regarded.
Demonstrated ability to manage third party consultants, and contractors as well as attention to detail and the ability to present and communicate information clearly and accurately is essential.
Knowledge of the software systems Energy Solutions uses to manage its business (NetSuite, Procore, and 1Breadcrumb), Construction Induction Training, Working at Heights qualifications preferred.
Demonstrated ability to a culture of health and safety, exceptional stakeholder management capability, including customer focus.
