As a key member of the AXA Commercial Future Skills and Capability team, you’ll take responsibility for the creation, evolution and maintenance of standardised, engaging and effective reports and dashboards. Driving strategic decision-making relating to current and emerging skills needed within AXA Commercial, including those which are part of our Early Careers provision. Partnering with the People team and stakeholders, you'll use initiative and expertise to draw insights and projections from data to build into current and Future Skills planning. This includes annual training schedule, Early Careers strategy and Employer Brand campaigns. You’ll do this by leveraging a range of analytics technologies and tools.
You’ll support planning for current skills development and capability activities, including resource allocation for and scheduling of technical training. This includes ad-hoc support for Employer Brand campaigns and collateral. You’ll create and maintain a dedicated online portal for learning solutions in collaboration with UK LandD colleagues, to ensure consistent look, feel and ease of access for colleagues.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home at your local office.
What you’ll be doing:
Design timely and effective delivery of MI products to meet business needs, typically through the creation of advanced self-service dashboarding and data visualisation, underpinned by accurate and robust data from internal and external sources.
Deliver annual technical training and associated resource schedule.
Design and delivery of portal for Underwriting Capability Framework and associated learning solutions, working in tandem with LandD for ‘Core and Common’ Leadership and other transversal solutions.

Education of People BPs and the business on Future Skills processes and tools.
Partnership with CII and other external bodies as appropriate.
Track Future Skills and Capability budget and Employer brand campaigns, including ROI metrics.
