- Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the 618 Air and Operations Center's International Flight Plans and Airspace Branch (XOCZF).
- Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- Represents HQ Air Mobility Command, 18th Air Force, 618 Air and Space Operations Center Command and Control Directorate, International Flight Plans and Airspace Branch with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- Communicates face to face, verbally, and/or in writing with worldwide SES or higher level Air Traffic Control (ATC) agencies, various MAJCOM agencies, and other key personnel within AMC's area of responsibility in order to secure preferred routing for AMC aircraft.
- Serve as Air Mobility Command Focal Point for the Flight Plan and Airspace Function.
