An interesting and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Officer, based within the multi award winning Programme Management Office.
The Project Support Office is responsible for providing an efficient, accurate and professional Business Administration and Project Support facility to the Programme Management Office, with overall responsibility for facilitating, monitoring and analysing project progress.
This includes:
• Providing general administration
• Acting as first point of contact for all project enquiries
• Providing first line project management advice and training on the Trust methodology to project leads, clinical staff and others involved in project work.
To be responsible for providing a Project support service to the Programme Management Office team, providing and coordinating a comprehensive support service to projects. Facilitating and monitoring project progress including general administration and acting as first point of contact for all project enquiries.
The post holder will have the following qualifications:-
• Evidence of continued Professional Development
• 2 or more A-Level’s (or equivalent) or relevant demonstrable experienceor
• 5 GCSE’s A*-C (or equivalent) or relevant demonstrable experience
And the following experience
• Experience of working within an administration environment
• Experience of working in a Project Support role
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience of taking high quality minutes
• Working in the NHS, healthcare, or public sector environment
• Excellent track record of meeting deadlines and delivering objectives in a timely manner
