As a Business Support Officer, you'll be responsible for organising LDA meetings and providing administrative duties and project support for the Learning Disabilities & Autism Commissioning, Case Management & Keyworking Team. You'll collate information from various sources and produce documentation to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and quality. You'll need to attend relevant programme meetings as required, project papers on screen for online meetings, and produce concise and accurate minutes of the meeting for distribution to the group in a timely manner. You'll be responsible for a range of meetings, including following up completion of outstanding actions from relevant partners across the system on a regular basis. You'll also need to disseminate any information and reports for the LDA Senior Responsible Officer or Programme Manager ahead of meetings. You'll need to ensure confidentiality is always maintained and demonstrate a high level of discretion while ensuring that responses to deadlines are met. You'll also be responsible for raising purchase orders on behalf of the LDA Commissioning team and LDA Programme, including registration of new suppliers. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in the delivery of a vital programme.
