The Role

The Property Project Management Coordinator (PPMC) supports the Property Team in the delivery of property-related capital projects and operational programmes in all Clermont Hotel Group assets. The PPMC will support with day to day running of the property team, specifically the Property Project Managers as an administrative function and support with project tasks not limited to project administration, project and programme planning, invoice management, cost management, supplier management, design, scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, control and governance.

Introduction

The Finance, Portfolio and Performance (FPP) team is critical to supporting a thriving Parliamentary democracy. We play a leading role in delivering the House of Commons' Strategy and corporate priorities through business and financial planning, analysing performance, and supporting the delivery of projects and programmes across Parliament. Equally important are the financial services, systems, accounting, reporting and Members' services that we provide to keep the House of Commons Service working effectively and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

The Role

The Business Management Team (BMT) is a sub team within FPP and provides executive level support to Directors in FPP and PACT, including secretariat for both senior leadership teams and a comprehensive business support function.

This role will support the Business Management Director (BMD) to deliver strategy and planning support within both teams across FPP and PACT. It is responsible for the development of business plans as well as ensuring agreed plans are monitored and reported appropriately.

Some of the responsibilities for this role include:

• Manage the business management cycle, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of the annual timetable and agreeing deliverables with responsible owners.
• Support the planning process to capture and report strategic objectives for inclusion to the Corporate Business Plan.
• Responsible for maintaining the principle and corporate risk registers for FPP and PACT, and capture the key controls implemented by risk owners to ensure business objectives are met.
• Support the annual assurance process and coordinate the self-assessment returns for submission to the Governance Office.
• Contribute to and/or lead on specific pieces of wider work and projects as directed by the Business Management Director.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

Experience of managing administrative processes, requiring consistency and a strong attention to detail. Job Purpose:

Support the Project Management to work with Design, Delivery, and other disciplines (incl. 3rd parties). You will prepare, update, and maintain project schedules. Qualifications:

An opportunity has arisen to for a Band 6 dosimetrist to join the radiotherapy physics team at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, with appointment at band 5 possible for less experienced (or newly qualified) staff and training provided to progress to band 6.



The department delivers a comprehensive Radiotherapy service to approximately 2000 patients per year including a brachytherapy service and a complex Stereotactic Radiotherapy service.



A major part of the work involves complex treatment planning, particularly VMAT and dynamic IMRT Planning.The treatment planning team is also involved in Stereotactic radiotherapy planning (SRS), 4D planning, VMAT QA, and plan checking. Adaptive Radiotherapy Planning is routine for bladder treatments.



Treatment Planning is carried out on Eclipse for the five Varian TrueBeam linacs.



Two linacs have HyperArc and a 6d couch for intracranial Stereotactic treatment.



Pre-treatment imaging is carried out on the department’s widebore CT scanner and there is also access to MR and PET-CT in the hospital.



The post holder will carry out a range of VMAT, IMRT and conformal planning and will have the opportunity to develop skills in stereotactic planning and take part in research and development projects.

To assist in the provision of an efficient, high quality patient treatment planning service for Radiotherapy. Provide advice to the Clinical Oncologists, Radiographers and Physicists. Assist with an in-vivo dosimetry service. Participate in the teaching, training and development work of the Section.

· Innovation and Commercialisation
· Sales Management
· Digital Marketing
· Product and Service development
· Integrated Marketing Communications
· Any other module as per requirement /HND modules as per Pearson’s latest specifications

However, this opening is for a teacher who has experience in teaching accounting modules at Level 4, 5, 6 and 7 and who can teach International Finance, Accounting Principles, Financial Decision making and other Finance/Accounting modules.

Main Responsibilities:
· Preparing and delivering lectures / lecture notes / teaching material as per the requirements of the course
· Meeting Awarding Body’s and Mont Rose College’s standards
· Providing tutorial and pastoral support for students across the Courses
· Preparing the students for different assessments including class tests, examinations and coursework reports
· Developing and delivering the schemes of work, lesson plans and individual learning plan to increase the learning experience for the students and uploading the same on VLE/Moodle
· Uploading lecture notes on VLE / Moodle
· Marking coursework and providing quality feedback to each student on time as per the requirements
· Answering student queries face to face and via email or by any other mean
· Assist the Programme Manager / Team Leader in various academic and administrative tasks
· Complying with the quality assurance and enhancement framework of the College
· Developing/amending various policies and procedures of the College
· Carrying out research related work and actively participating in various meetings including with External Examiners and other regulators.
· Performing all administrative and academic tasks related to the course
· Writing articles for MRC Academic Journal
· Any other relevant work.

Supplying the relevant information required for financial management, supporting the Business Manager raising purchase orders, checking invoices for payment etc. Support the management of projects across the units Have lead responsibility for discrete pieces of work Running and collating reports which may include reports to the Board and senior management as required.
