Global Materials Handling Ltd in St Helens are recruiting for an Apprentice Business Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards completing a level 3 Business Administrator over the duration of 18 months.
Job Details:
- Answering the phone to internal and external colleagues and customers, logging truck breakdowns on management system
- Taking responsibility for Invoicing jobs
- Sending / Chasing repair quotes
- General admin duties
- Ordering truck parts
- Goods receiving parts
- Undertaking Stock takes and recording information
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Dealing with email queries in a timely fashion
Requirements:
- Teamwork.
- Good time keeping.
- Organised.
- Good communication skills.
- Good sense of humour.
- Willing to learn.
Hours of Work-
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 17:00pm. 30 mins un-paid lunch. 40 hours per week
