Job Description:
1. Work closely with Business Development (BD) to provide administration support to Business Development and Senior Management
2. Check and monitor sales opportunities daily
3. Prepare quotations, follow up on sales orders and tender preparations
4. Assist BD in drafting proposals for both current and prospective clients.
5. Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to enquiries
6. Maintain and ensure accuracy in sales and customer records.
7. Ensure proper housekeeping and filing of documents and records
8. Compile monthly sales reports.
9. Manage application and renewal of company’s accreditations, ISO certifications and insurances
10. Coordinate schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
11. Other ad hoc duty as assigned
Requirement:
1. Minimum Diploma/ITE or equivalent in any discipline
2. Good communication skills
3. Highly meticulous with an eye for details
4. Fast worker who can work well under pressure and timeline
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
6. Competencies in IT System is an advantage
