Job title:
The Business Marketing Manager Emergency Care Europe drives our marketing efforts in alignment with the European business strategy. In this role you are responsible for co-developing and deploying the Marketing strategy of our new or existing portfolio of products, solutions and services, across the EC portfolio, working across
the European geography. You work closely with the European Business Category Leaders, the wider European EC and Marketing teams to design and execute on key audience plans for EC Europe. You also own and/or support designated marketing & Public affairs projects to help position EC for the short and long term success in the region.

This position can be based in The Netherlands or Europe Region
Your role:
You own the EC business marketing plan/co-ordination in Europe, aligned to new ways of working with EC Business/BUs and European Regional Marketing Hub
You will be the partner for European and zone EC teams to design and execute on the audience engagement plans & accountable for the timely execution of the plan
You own the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Program and reference site development and maintenance plans for EC in Europe
You own / support designated Marketing and Public Affairs projects to drive the awareness and preference for Philips in the defibrillation space in Europe
You own and steer designated external relationships, with partners and KOLs, to support the business marketing plan objectives
You support the zone teams in prioritization and localization of plans and assets in collaboration with the European marketing operations team and the EC Business teams
You represent the Regional Business Team in major events preparation
Build regular cadence with all relevant functions to drive execution of the marketing plans and ensure we meet agreed KPIs on time and within budget
You're the right fit if:
Masters’s Degree in business, marketing or related discipline;
8+ years of working experience across all key marketing areas, including digital.
Strong experience in digital marketing space and experience working with agencies;
Healthcare / medical devices experience is a plus;
Strong strategic marketing drive and experience in development of new marketing projects;
Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence, high independence and initiative, shape strategic visions in alignment with corporate objectives;
Project management experience to deliver solutions in a complex, entrepreneurial matrix organization;
Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, business, and across central functions;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, virtual environment;
Strong business orientation – ability to understand business needs and translate into marketing requirements & plans;
Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to represent the company in front of customers, industry organizations and lead changes.
