What You Will Achieve
Your accounting skills will help in analysis of financial information and preparing financial reports. You will maintain and oversee the accounts and financial records of the company. As a manager, you will be responsible for preparing the Balance sheet and Profit and Loss statements, and other accounting schedules and reports. You will be responsible for the adherence to and communication of accounting and auditing policies and procedures. Yan important part of your role will be to update the journals, ledgers, and other records of financial business transactions. You will verify this data for accuracy and prepare reports and reviews based on it. You will also manage data entry activities in the accounting systems.
In your role, you will provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of finance and accounting, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.

This is a 12-months Fixed Term Contract Role
How You Will Achieve It
- Provides guidance, lead/co-lead projects.
- Manage own time to meet objectives.
- Forecast and plan resource requirements (people, financial and technology) for projects across the department.
- Provide support to the Finance Controller and execute accounting policies and procedures, efficient control and utilization of financial resources.
- Identify process improvement opportunities consistently including the timely implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- ACA,ACCA,CIMA Qualified.
- 3+ years of experience
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple levels and functions
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience
- SAP Experience
- Demonstrated experience managing accounting and/or finance teams in a complex and global environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and Financial reporting requirements which enables participation in a broad spectrum of accounting/financial reporting tasks/projects
- Effective decision maker, strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse groups and individuals
