About the role:

We are currently recruiting a Business Services Assistant to join the Data team, within Planning and Business Services (Property), on a fixed term 12 month contract. The role is based within our Data team which is responsible for delivering a comprehensive administrative service. You will work as part of a team to input Compliance Data into our corporate system to ensure the information we hold on our assets is accurate and up to date, playing a key role in keeping our customers safe. The role is subject to a basic DBS paid for by Gentoo. Key responsibilities will include the following, a full job description is available to view at www.gentoogroup.com/careers Complete and be accountable for administrative and data input activities in line with agreed processes and ways of working ensuring a customer focused approach and delivery of an excellent customer experience. Update systems with information (e.g uploading asset data etc) and documentation (e.g. certification etc). Ensure all data input is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Run reports to cross reference Compliance data to ensure data accuracy Work collaboratively with Contracts Managers Promote a culture of collaborative working resulting in a high performance and customer driven teams.
What we are looking for:
Experience required: Proven accurate and efficient administrative and data input skills. Organised and adaptable with the ability to plan and organise your own workload and meet deadlines. Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills when supporting customers and colleagues. Experience using Microsoft Excel Knowledge required: Understanding of Group policy and procedures as needed and a basic understanding of compliance requirements within the Group.
