Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee and is the U.S. subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation headquartered in Japan. Bridgestone Americas and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries.  

• Collaborates with business unit leaders to understand business challenges and opportunities and develops data solutions that meet the business intelligence or insights needs.
• Creates and deploys business intelligence solutions (interactive analytic reports and dashboards) using visualization tools that lead to actionable insights.
• Analyzes data, forming conclusions and recommendations, producing insights that will help shape effective strategies to achieve business outcomes.
• Prepares and presents findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and management.
• Identifies critical data sources necessary to achieve desired business outcomes and collaborates with others across the organization to integrate data into a consistent and usable format.
• Collaborates with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify metrics and KPI’s that highlight business outcomes.
• Drives adoption of dashboards by providing consultation and training for end users.
• Identifies & resolves data quality issues discovered during the business intelligence and insights process.
• Create or refine existing data pipeline infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical area such as MIS, Finance, or Business Analytics and 2-5 years of experience in reporting, analytics or business insights
• Proficient in Tableau desktop or Alteryx or similar data blending tool
• Preferred experience in AWS Redshift/S3, SQL, and Python.
• Good understanding of data environments and the ability to interface with them using the appropriate tools
• Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to various levels of management
• Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
• Able to engage in consultative manner with management and other analysts when helping solve/manage content deliverables
• Able to work in ambiguous situations and respond flexibly to changing circumstances, priorities, and time constraints
• Team player with ability to collaborate with others

About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

• Define, build, and implement the target MarTech and e-commerce ecosystem roadmap.
• Devise omnichannel strategies and collaborate with channels to maximize lead generation and lead conversion.
• Develop customer data platforms and media partnerships to enable personalized and relevant content delivery.
• Ensure the delivery of an excellent and innovative digital experience on our corporate website and e-commerce site.
• Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points in the customer journey to optimize user experience and lead conversion.
• Stay up to date with digital trends, the latest marketing technology, competitive activities, and best practices to drive innovation in digital marketing.

Job Requirements:

• University degree with over 12 years working experience in financial services or related industry, at least 8 years of which in a strategic role to drive overall digital marketing & e-Commerce agenda
• Solid understanding of customer digital behaviors. Proven track record in a wide spectrum of digital marketing disciplines – digital, search, performance marketing and e-commerce
• Demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to keep abreast of the latest digital trends and marketing technology
• Strong leadership in managing a team to drive digital marketing and e-commerce success
• Strong interpersonal, project management, planning and time management skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skill
• Good spoken & written Chinese & English

[What you will be working on]

Key Responsibilities:

1.           HR Data Alchemy (Turning Numbers into Gold):

•            Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data and metrics with the finesse of a tech wizard.

•            Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports that are not just insightful but a work of data art.

2.           Strategic Workforce Wizardry:

•            Collaborate with HR business partners to forecast talent needs and craft workforce plans that are as agile as the tech world.

•            Conduct scenario analysis and make recommendations that feel like predicting the next tech unicorn.

3.           Talent Management Mastermind:

•            Assist in talent acquisition efforts by providing insights on recruitment metrics and trends with a tech-savvy twist.

•            Support the design and implementation of talent development and retention strategies that rival the tech giants.

4.           HR Strategy Superhero (with a Data Cape):

•            Partner with HR business partners to align analytics efforts with the HR and organisational strategy while pioneering tech-driven HR innovations.

•            Provide data-driven recommendations that not only address HR challenges but also propel us into the digital future.

5.           Compliance and Reporting (Without Tech Jargon):

•            Ensure HR data compliance with relevant regulations and policies, while making it as user-friendly as a tech gadget.

•            Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports that not only inform but also inspire.

6.           Tech-Savvy Stakeholder Collaboration:

•            Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to enhance HR analytics capabilities while staying ahead of tech trends.

•            Collaborate with IT to improve HR data systems and tools with the tech know-how of a Silicon Valley guru.

[What we are looking for]

•            Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 

•            Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related roles, with a tech-driven passion.

•            Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and analytics software (SQL, Tableau, Python etc.) and the ability to make data dance like a tech prodigy.

•            Experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and proficiency in HR databases and software with a tech-savvy edge.

•            Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a way that resonates with tech enthusiasts.

•            Strong business acumen and the ability to connect HR analytics to strategic tech-driven business objectives.

•            Knowledge of HR best practices is a plus, but a tech-driven mindset is non-negotiable.
