Our established growing client is seeking a Business Development Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. Working Monday to Friday, standard office hours.

This position will offer a mix of being office based along with the opportunity to visit clients across the UK, as required. It offers an overall earning potential of £40k+.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive you will be required to

Convert leads/enquiries into sales, prepare quotations and keep accurate records of communication.
You will build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
Conduct regular reviews/meeting with clients over the telephone and face to face.
Further develop business with existing clients.
You will be required to support and train on-boarding of new clients over the telephone and face to face as required
Ensure targets are exceeded through effective business generation and growth,
You will report and monitor performance of clients
You will manage your own diary and be prepared to travel across the UK
You will be working within a regulated environment and will need to keep abreast with industry changes.

Previous Field sales experience

We have multiple opportunities for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in either Bristol or Peteborough, working on a hybrid basis. This role will be responsible for analysing, defining and shaping strategic outcomes to deliver change across the business which maximizes business benefit and architectural reusability.

A typical day to day would see you actively working with Transformation and the business stakeholders to shape and define business solutions. You will also be consulting with various figures, both inside and outside of the business, to understand and evaluate the impacts of change.

You'll be:

• Working with our business, Transformation team, and strategic partners on big, complex projects to figure out, understand, and agree on what we need.
• Helping come up with creative business solutions that fit our strategic, tactical, and operational goals, often impacting multiple units across Diligenta.
• Keeping an eye on new laws and regulations to see how they might affect our business processes and systems.
• Talking with the business and partners to pinpoint and tackle business challenges, uncover root causes, and suggest the best ways forward.
• Creating clear and engaging documentation, using visuals and stats to explain requirements, options, and feasibility to different stakeholders.
• Supporting business acceptance testing by helping out with testing strategies and plans, and being the go-to person for any questions or issues that come up.

To co-lead Discharge Planning initiatives, which promote a change-orientated organisational culture. To ensure all local policies and discharge information reflect the Trusts Clinical Governance Strategy, ECIST and Department of Health guidance on discharge planning. To provide leadership to the Trust to ensure that patients with complex discharge needs are appropriately referred in line with Trust and National targets. To ensure that trust staff are informed / able to access relevant discharge planning information to promote safe, timely and appropriate patient discharge from the acute setting. To lead on the implementation of the Red2Green and SAFER initiatives support effective patient flow.
