Job Description

• Attend country coordination meetings, the RSWG (Requirements Synchronization Working Group), the STRWG (Synchronizing the Requirements Working Group) and represent as a C4 SME (subject matter expert) at these operational planning events providing input on C4/Cyber objectives.
• Participate in the SCPWG (Security Cooperation Working Group), SEWG (Strategic Engagements Working Group), and all working groups related to significant security cooperation initiatives and serve as a SME on behalf of the Government at these events.
• Write C4 initiatives into SSCIs (Significant Security Cooperation Initiatives) as applicable.
• Draft engagement plans with identified priority partners on behalf of the Government. Provide recommendations for with whom the CCMDs should be engaging and why.
• Work closely with the CCMD Security Cooperation Directorate (SCD) (or equivalent) to ensure that C4/Cyber communications efforts are integrated into the CCMD mission set for security cooperation events and the M2M engagements are in support of CCMD's Campaign Plan Lines of Effort and Theater Campaign Plan goals.
• Plan events through coordination with desk officers, offices of security cooperation, and partners to finalize dates and venue location. This includes scheduling the location, drafting the agenda based on mutual objectives nested in action plans, coordinating the travel associated with VAR requests, arranging for building access, setting up systems at location including dial-ins etc.
• Conduct, lead, and report on the meeting providing weekly project and event management updates as well as due-outs and other action reports/follow on actions (AM&E).
• Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation, transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security.
• Travel as required to provide event planning and support.

Unser Analytics & Consulting Team berät Healthcare- und Pharma-Kunden in Deutschland in markt- und vertriebsstrategischen Fragestellungen entlang des gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Produkts: Dazu zählen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen inkl. Marktforschung, Markt- und Produkt-Forecasts, Entwicklung von Marktstrategien, Optimierung von Kundensegmentierungen, Design von Vertriebsorganisationen, genauso wie Performance-Messungen. In diesen Themenbereichen arbeiten wir gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden an innovativen Lösungen, um neue Impulse zu setzen.

Für unser Analytics & Consulting Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Senior Consultant am Standort Frankfurt am Main oder München. Als Senior Consultant übernehmen Sie die Leitung für unsere vielfältigen Beratungsprojekte und sind zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere wesentlichen internen und externen Stakeholder.

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

• Leitung anspruchsvoller Beratungsprojekte in o.g. Themenbereichen (z.B. Design von Vertriebsorganisationen, Optimierung von Kundensegmentierungen) für unsere Pharma-Kunden sowie Kunden aus angrenzenden Branchen (z.B. Medizintechnik) auf nationaler oder internationaler Ebene mit folgenden Aufgabenschwerpunkten:
• Hauptansprechpartner für die Fragen unserer Kunden
• Führung unserer Projektteams, ggf. auch interdisziplinär, vom Kickoff bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss
• Präsentation von Projektergebnissen bei unseren Kunden sowie Moderation von Workshops
• Kontinuierliches Projekt-Controlling, inkl. Reporting, zur Unterstützung unserer internen Finance-Prozesse
• Aktive Unterstützung des Business Developments mit Blick auf Konzeption, Angebotserstellung und -kalkulation sowie Kundentermine in Zusammenarbeit mit dem verantwortlichen Principal und dem Key Account Management
• Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsansätze und -methoden in Verknüpfung mit unseren IQVIA-Daten und Analyseansätzen und Unterstützung von Aktivitäten im Bereich von Thought Leadership (z.B. Mitarbeit an Publikationen)

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung mit Fokus auf marktstrategischen Fragestellungen – idealerweise im Bereich Pharma.
• Hohes Interesse und gutes Verständnis der Pharmaindustrie und marktspezifischen Gegebenheiten, insb. in Deutschland.
• Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und im Business Development/ Kundenentwicklung.
• Expertise in der Führung von Beratungsteams und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern.
• Mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Naturwissenschaften.
• Ausgezeichnetes analytisches Denkvermögen und Datenaffinität, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und hohe Belastbarkeit.
• Souveränes Auftreten sowie sehr gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift, sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.
• Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.

Entscheidungsaufgaben

• Erschließung und Entwicklung des Trainings- und Simulationsmarktes Luftwaffe in der DACH Region (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz) in Abstimmung mit der regionalen und globalen CAE Strategie

 Ausführungsaufgaben

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung der strategischen Vertriebs-Planung für die Luftwaffen der DACH Länder
• Erarbeitung von Marketing- und Vertriebsstrategien für die Luftwaffen der DACH Länder
• Führung von Vertriebs-projektteams in einer Matrix Organisation 
• Selbständige Kontaktanbahnung, -pflege und -ausbau in Bezug auf Interessenten, Neu-/Schlüsselkunden, Beschaffungsrepräsentanten, Kooperationspartnern, Know-how- und Entscheidungsträgern,
• Initiierung, Bewertung, Bearbeitung und Gewinnung von Ausschreibungen und neuen Projekten, Ausbau der Marktanteile
• Bewertung der Projekt-Realisierungsmöglichkeiten unter technischen, wirtschaftlichen und strategischen Aspekten
• Koordination und Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Verfolgung bis zum Vertragsab-schluss, interne Koordination des Angebotserstellungsprozesses
• Teilnahme an/Durchführung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Spielraums
• Systematisches „Customer Relations Management“, insbesondere Sicherstellung der Güte des intensiven Kundenkontaktes vor, während und nach der Projektrealisierung
• Enger Austausch und Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Vertriebsabteilung sowie speziell auch mit den entsprechenden IPT’s (Integrated Product Teams), für die Optimierung des Produkt Portfolios

Prozess/Reporting Aufgaben

• Vollständige Einhaltung des vorgegebenen Vertriebsprozesses ("Lead to Award Prozess")
• Erfüllung aller reporting Aufgaben in Richtung Vertriebs- und Geschäftsführung, inklusive der tagesaktuellen Befüllung von Daten im CRM Tool

Informationspflichten

• Informiert initiativ und umfassend im Rahmen der zugewiesenen Aufgabenerfüllung und Produktstrategien.
• Die Erfüllung der Arbeitsaufgaben erfordert ein hohes Maß an Kommunikation, Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung.

Berufliche Voraussetzungen

• Technisch-wissenschaftliches Studium (FH) oder vergleichbar mit fundierten betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen (idealerweise bei der Bundeswehr)
• Langjährige Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, insbesondere des nationalen bzw. internationalen militärischen Marktes, der Kundenorganisation des öffentlichen Auftraggebers und seiner Beschaffungsprozesse
• Militärischer Hintergrund (speziell Luftwaffe) ist von Vorteil
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Vertrieb sowie bei der Bearbeitung und Durchführung von komplexen Angebotskampagnen
• Ausgeprägten Willen und Streben nach Vertriebserfolgen
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
