As Senior Transformation Strategy Manager, the post holder will lead and work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across their functional team, within the Transformation Directorate to: Works with others to create the environment for multi-disciplinary teams to incubate, test, translate and operationalise strategies, ideas, improvements and key commitments. Work with multi-disciplinary teams in the definition of strategic measures of success and management of insights across portfolio areas Work with teams in a matrix way; convening and providing thought leadership across policy, clinical, technical and professional (e.g., commercial) experts. Applies a whole system approach within the functional area and beyond. Works through options development, prioritisation, incubation and innovation activity. Ensures full suite of products, services, platforms, levers, incentives, wider interventions are effectively deployed in support of shared / multiple policy objectives. Works to align the portfolio to deliver against national policy and strategy commitments Acts as a convening point across the Transformation Directorate and NHS England to ensure strategic objectives are communicated, clear and understood by all teams The post holder will work across boundaries with teams in a matrix way to help define the strategic approach for the Directorate.

• Be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and contribute to the strategic development of the school

• Be responsible for leading and overall strategic direction of all support services of the school including finance, HR, admin, ICT, site, risk management, catering and cleaning
• Be responsible for delivering value for money, financial planning, budgetary control and financial advice to governors, SLT and budget holders
• Oversee the management of the site facilities and implementation of capital building improvements to provide an enabling teaching environment which will maximise staff performance and contribute to pupils’ learning and well-being
• Direct fundraising strategies including the writing of bids
• Support and develop the school’s ethos and culture
• Ensure the performance management process is completed each cycle to ensure that support staff are aware of their key objectives and receive training and support to maximise effectiveness
• Act as Company Secretary and attend governors’ meetings

Process and Policy Ensure PCNs compliance with the GDPR and FOI along with other relevant legislation and professional information management standards such as GMC/BMA and LMC guidance. To review and develop PCN policies and procedures. Oversee the PCN TPP Hub and interoperability with EMIS Web. HR and Communication Support Practice Managers in the line management of ARRS roles Lead on recruitment, induction and training for PCN roles With the PCN Management Team and Practices develop the PCN wide services Lead communications with PCN Staff and Practices. Working Relationships: To work as a flexible member of PCN providing support to other team members when necessary To take an active role in the development and embedding of PCNs culture, values and reputation as providers of high quality services Encourage supporting staff to collaborate through sharing information and intelligence across different activities.

The post holder is responsible for providing financial assurance and governance for HQ ARRC and its subordinate Brigades. The post holder will function as the initial point of contact for reviewing business cases and assurance returns enabling ARRC to operate effectively and efficiently within the boundaries of current and evolving policy.

Based in HQ ARRC the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for UK financial governance and assurance, supporting the delivery of all ARRCs UK Financial requests. You will work collaboratively with a myriad of stakeholders from HQ ARRC, subordinate Brigades and Field Army.

Review all ARRC Business cases for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with current regulations, and collaborating with Brigades, UK Finance Officer and Field Army Resource Team
Scrutinise all ARRC financial activity ensuring compliance with Army policy and ensuring affordability
Be the focal point for completion of assurance and compliance returns and point of contact for financial returns and allowances
Review monthly management finance data, providing reports for senior management and highlighting areas of concerns, affordability and proprietary.
