The Business Systems Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the development, maintenance, and incident resolution of several key business systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee system roadmaps, manage supplier relationships, and ensure that all incidents are handled efficiently and effectively. • To support the Account Manager to manage and control the service offers for the clients within the patch to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets, with dotted line responsibility to manage and control of the catering services and support services within the patch
• To be responsible for certain operating areas and support leading the managers to ensure they deliver against Key Performance Indicators
• Act as a representative of Sodexo within the defined operating area by the effective management of all Managers to ensure the delivery of both qualitative and quantitative results
• Foster long term profitable relationships with Clients to maintain existing business and identify new business opportunities by delivering operational excellence
• Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the Company mission and values
• Support with motivating and leading a high performing team to achieve their objective.
• Stand in for site managers when required

• Proven experience of developing profitable relationships.
• Broad Hospitality experience and business acumen and knowledge of external industry developments
• Experienced in leading company initiatives and change management processes

The Oracle and Finance Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the Oracle and Finance projects ensuring consistency with Dimensions' strategy, commitments and goals.

About the role

Your main duties will include:

- Knowledge of the people and change management activities required to deliver complex programmes

- Lead the planning and implementation of key Dimensions projects to include defining the project scope, goals, deliverables, dependencies, project tasks, resource requirements and budget.

- Manage the implementation of the strategic and operations requirements; this will include planning and scheduling project timelines, tracking project deliverables, leading and co-ordinating project teams and providing direction and support.

- Create project artefacts to include business cases, project initiation documents, detailed project plans, resource profiles, budget trackers and RAID logs.

About you

The successful applicant will have:

- Experience of delivering projects to time, cost and quality standards

- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

- Experience of operating within defined governance processes

- Have in-depth understanding of Project Management methodologies and associated tools and templates
