As a Project Support Officer, the post holder will support the Head of Workforce Systems and leads across the ICS to achieve the objectives for the Medical Staffing Systems Project.
The work of the Project Support Officer will support the Medical Staffing Systems Project and associated projects across the Our Dorset ICS of which University Hospitals Dorset sits within.
The role will provide support to the Project Management Team for administrative and other tasks as directed by the Leads. It is a role within which an individual can develop project management skills.
To integrate within University Hospitals Dorset and become an expert in local knowledge, build strong relationships and collaborate at all levels.
Base Location: Yeomans House, Yeomans Way

• Supporting the Head of Workforce Systems, Programme Team and Leads in the development and the delivery of work associated with the Medical Staffing Systems Programmes.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of the project process.
• Work across the ICS to support the planning and organisation of a broad range of complex activities.
• Using own initiative to oversee elements of the project plan.
• Excellent skills in software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Work effectively across organisational boundaries.
