The role is working for a principal contractor and is open to individuals available for a start pretty much with immediate effect. What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you must have experience as either a Senior Site or Project Manager working on new build housing and apartment projects.

We have a superb opportunity for a Senior Planner to join our Build business. You will be responsible for maintaining an overview of all aspects relating to Planning/Programme for multiple projects. The successful candidate will be also be responsible for supporting the Project Manager with managing all aspects relating to Planning/Programme for particular projects and assist in defining a methodology, whilst also adding value to the projects by promoting 'best value' design solutions.
