Salary: £46,095 per annum (£50,784 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, Hybrid
Location: Base will be Leicester or Dartford, United Kingdom
Our area of operation covers the East Midlands and also the Southeast area of Kent. We currently have an exciting 400+ unit MMC development in Kent which will be on site until 2028.

The difference you will make as a Project Manager
You will project manage the development of predominantly new build residential developments for a range of customers from inception to completion to deliver objectives of the Corporate Plan. You will be solely responsible for leading external consultants and engaging contractors you will ensure homes are built on time, to budget and to the highest quality, meeting the expectations of tenants and buyers, with an aim to being leaders in the social housing sector
About you
We are looking for someone who can lead the Project Team – create a client brief, develop a pre-construction plan to co-ordinate the activities of the consultant team and contractor you appoint, set project objectives, regularly review progress to ensure they achieve performance requirements and milestones to achieve the target for start on site.
Deliver identified projects that support delivery of our capital investment, in line with agreed budgets, cost, time and quality targets with superiors and maximise benefits of new homes – work closely with internal clients to minimise future management and maintenance costs, ensuring the optimum design of the home to maximise both internal and external factors (minimising heating costs, ensuring homes are attractive set in a safe, secure and appealing estate environment.
