Youmust haveadegree orBusiness andadministrativequalification(NVQ 4)or equivalentexperience in a relevantdiscipline. Previous experience of workingin a business or administrative role is essential, along with excellent knowledge and experience using a variety of ITpackages.

• You willbe the senior point of contact for all administrative matters and communicate complex, sensitive, and confidential information.
• You will collate,analyseand interpret complex information and performance data, highlighting issuesand undertake cleansing od data asrequired.
• You willparticipatein senior managementmeetings.
• Plan, organise and arrange meetings,events,and activities.
• Allocate and reallocateperformance and administrative work in collaboration with service managers.
• Promote and encourage knowledge sharingand contribute to the introduction ofnew technologyand new working practices.
• Be accountable for the planning and delivery of administrative processes including maintenance of local risk registersand Trust policies.

1. Degree or equivalent qualification or demonstrable level of knowledge in a relevant discipline

1. Excellent knowledge and experience of using a variety of IT packages (such as MS Office) and other electronic systems (RiO, ESR, Dragon Software, etc.)
