Are you an experienced Housing System Analyst looking for a role managing a small team of Application Support Analysts? The team are responsible for a broad range of core business applications (Cx, Unit 4 Business World, Keystone, 1st Touch, DRS and more).
Job Description
Salary £42,343 - £44,091 dependent on experience (37 hours per week)
27 days holiday + bank holidays + 4 SYHA days (extended bank holidays)

Main Purpose
Lead the Business Systems team who are responsible for providing support, management and improvement of core business applications
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that the function delivers excellent customer service and technical expertise.
Change management, release management and robust testing of key systems
Work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure systems are optimised and deliver on the operation and strategic requirements of the organisation
Actively manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure we get the best from our contracts
