This is a Fixed Term role until July 2025, working full-time.

The role will involve working in partnership with the HR Director and HR Business Partners to provide pro-active, professional and efficient leadership within the University Service Redesign programme, which will assist in enabling the delivery of the HR Outcomes and the University’s strategic aim of becoming a sustainable Top 30 University.

Role modelling exceptional leadership values, they will contribute to an influential function, which develops management capability and insight in advance of organisation need.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative experience with the ability to communicate at all levels with high organisational skills and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, Teams and SharePoint). Experience of working in a similar role is preferred.
