Job Summary

The Project Manager ensures that Flowserve meets our commitments on complex aftermarket orders related to repairs, upgrades, hydraulic rerates, and maintenance of rotating pumps and equipment for our customers in industries such as oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, municipal water/wastewater, and power. Responsibilities

• Leads kickoff meetings and phase gate meetings to coalesce strategies into actions. Identifies stakeholders and analyzes their expectations. 

• Proficient at contract review documentation and make sure it reflects what has been negotiated and ensure successful execution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assists the project team to develop the scope of supply, to translate work breakdown structure into an activity-based schedule and to identify the critical path.  Helps the team to prepare key project management documents.

The Role

As a Wave Planner, you release orders to the Work Management System (WMS), on an hourly basis. The Wave Planner also, ensures departments have consistent orders to fulfill the production day. The Wave Planner drops orders in a strategic way to ensure that service level is met. Sends daily orders and communicates with other departments. Monitors order progress via the High Jump software. May interact with customer service department to plan and effectively execute production, shipping, compliance account structure, and meet ship windows.  

The Wave Planner is also cross trained in other departments to assist and support in a as needed basis. This includes, but not limited to administration duties for the Distribution Center. 1.          Repairs and preventive maintenance to be performed in conformance with established standards.  Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards / work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.

2.        Remove and install equipment, air, water, pumps, racks, hydraulic lines, etc.

3.        Fabricate wood crates, skids, etc. and metal components (hangers, materials carts) as needed.

4.        Maintain parts washers on monthly PM's.

5.        Maintain fuel pump, flywheel, rod and, turbo carts on quarterly preventative maintenance schedule.

6.        Maintain VSPC cabinets with bi-monthly filter changes and repair / replace ventilation fans as required.

7.        Repair property damages such as drywall and concrete.

8.        Respond to Customer needs in a timely manner.

9.        Must be able to use hand tools on a daily basis such as power tools (hand grinders, saws, impact wrenches, drill press, and hydraulic pullers), and rigging equipment. Also perform welding, using a cutting torch as required. 

10.      Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience):

• Two-year certificate from college or technical school; or Two years related experience and/or certificate of training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required to obtain a Customer Mobile Equipment License.

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst Specialist who will play a key role in the delivery of SAP projects, including project support of the latest S/4 HANA solution. In addition to this, the role will support the current SAP S/4 Hana landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze business processes and make appropriate recommendations for improvement.

• Translate business requirements into specifications enabling solution delivery.

• Work directly with the business users to gather requirements, coordinate and execute user testing, coordinate and execute user training, and provide end user support.

Position Summary:

The Fox Project Manager role requires a self-motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment with multiple departments to ensure an on time and successful launch for a given product is achieved.

Position Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for creating and managing project schedules, requirement documents, facilitating design reviews, sample demand, manufacturing activities, testing activities, and hosting weekly/monthly project status reviews. 

• Consults with project cross functional team members to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

• Directs and coordinates activities of project scope to ensure project progress is on schedule and within required budget.

• Reviews status reports modifies schedules or requirement document as required.

• Prepares and presents monthly status reports.
  Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; determining system improvements; supporting implementing change.

• Meets financial objectives by documenting project scope requirements.

• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Daily communication between sales, marketing, engineering, test, procurement, and manufacturing will be required.
