Salary Range: PO2 £38,133 - £46,206
Contract Type: 36 hours per week (2 year Fixed- Term Appointment)

We are looking for a passionate, diligent, and experienced Project Officer
Richmond and Wandsworth Councils are ambitious for their residents and passionate about the value of culture brings to their health and wellbeing.
This role with the support of the ambition of the Council and the Culture and Leisure Division by leading and shaping strategic and transformation change in the cultural space and wider to improve services and outcomes for our residents.
The broad and diverse nature of the projects will mean no two days are the same and you will have the opportunity to support a variety of services to develop strategies, undertake option appraisals, shape services, procure contracts and embed change.

About you
Knowledge- Understand of the different forms of consultation and engagement with the public, key stakeholders and other agencies
Communication Skills- You will be an excellent communicator whilst being well organised and able to prioritise your own workload to achieve your goals
Project Support- You will maintain focus on quality and excellence in the support of project and programme management and be a source of organisational expertise to build capacity and support service transformation, process improvement, business change management, facilitation, and design techniques across the organisation.
Stakeholders You’ll enjoy working on diverse projects, with a variety of steakholders including Senior Officers, Members, partners and the public, and you will have the skills and confidence to provide them with valued support
Project Management- You’ll need to have experience of managing and delivering projects and/or programmes as well as an enthusiasm for supporting strategy development, improving systems and processes.
Workload Management- Ability to organise own workload, prioritise work tasks to meet deadlines and respond flexibly to frequently changing needs and priorities
Qualifications- Relevant professional qualification i.e. project management or equivalent levels of experience
