Support the JPO in producing and distribution the divisional monthly compliance reports, manipulating data and reviewing anomolies. To be responsible for actioning changes in hierarchy within the Trusts electronic systems to ensure the correct signatures are allocated to job plan sign-off. Create and activate user accounts within the Trusts electronic systems, ensuring closure of accounts as per departmental SOPs to support management of licence limitations, identifying where concerns of licence numbers arise. Book meeting rooms across the Trust sites as necessary for training sessions and other meetings. Maintain the electronic filing systems. Data manipulation and data cleansing of information as required. Assist with the response and maintenance and of the generic team inbox responding to queries where appropriate and filing items that have been actioned. The Assistant Project Support Officer will support the Improvement Team in delivering a variety of projects both across the Trust and in conjunction with wider healthcare system partners. The post holder will provide assistance with tasks to support the delivery of Improvement projects and programmes run by the Improvement Team and support the wider workplace leaders and colleagues throughout our Trust using the tools and techniques of the Improvement System. The Project Lead for each Improvement Project will usually be an Improvement Facilitator, Improvement Specialist or Senior Improvement Specialist. The post will be a blended role in conjunction with the Project Management Office providing project support. The postholder will be specifically involved in supporting the acceleration of share and spread of improvement initiatives across the organisation. Key Duties: To ensure all staff within the Improvement Team are fully supported with Improvement projects and programmes work including timely completion of associated administration tasks. Develop a working knowledge of all aspects of the Improvement System Support the accurate production of project and programme correspondence and documents utilising Microsoft Office suite to a high standard. Collate, analyse, monitor and present project and programme data and information as required using Improvement System tools and techniques. Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the Trust and with our wider healthcare partners. Communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholder, resolving and answering queries promptly and escalating queries to the Project Lead where necessary. Develop a process to accurately record and monitor the progress of projects and programmes and ensure tracking of key milestones. In conjunction with the Improvement team, plan and prepare for improvement projects and programmes, e.g. data gathering to understand the current state. Co-ordinate and provide support for relevant Project Leads meetings. Co-ordinate and prioritise own workload on daily basis, supported by the Improvement Specialist. Effectively plan, resource, and monitor small-scale projects independently or under supervision of an Improvement colleague. Support with the acceleration of share and spread of improvement initiatives across the organisation. Other Improvement project and programme duties as and when required.

The post holder will support and deliver projects that improve the integration, coordination, performance and clinical effectiveness of services as part of the Delivering Good Health & Well Being Programme. The key elements of the role are: Support the delivery of programmes, projects and workstreams associated with the Delivering Good Health and Wellbeing programme and associated priorities across the system, Place & Neighbourhoods. With a focus on the redesign of integrating services in priority areas, improving outcomes for patients and delivering improved productivity efficiencies. Support programmes and projects across the Directorates portfolio. These include but are not limited to, Integrated commissioning of services, transformation, delivery of the frailty strategy, Care Homes, Primary Care and workforce development and transformation. Support the Strategic & Integrated Commissioning Manager to deliver outcomes-based commissioning of services Actively manage progressing delivery and reporting on projects that are aligned to the delivery of Good Health and Wellbeing programme and associated projects.. Provide support to the emerging Integrated Neighbourhood Accelerator Sites. Delivery of required system wide best use of Resources Programme outputs; identify and develop plans to support system improvements that also reduces system cost where possible. Monitoring and evaluating projects, demonstrating benefits and impact. Development and delivery of improvement action plans in relation to agreed priorities and commitments. Identify areas of need or gaps in provision including health inequalities in our communities.
