Business Manager - Gi Group - Newcastle
Offering a salary of up to £40,000, plus car allowance and uncapped commission.
Gi Group has recently purchased the business of Kelly Services in the UK and Europe, and as such we are pleased to have a new location in Newcastle, further complementing our nationwide network of branches within our staffing portfolio.
Our staffing branches provide both temporary and permanent recruitment services primarily into the industrial sector.
We are ideally looking for someone who has experience at working at senior level and who has knowledge of providing workers into the manufacturing, warehouse, logistics and production sectors.

- Implement strategies to develop and expand our brand and recruitment services within temporary and permanent recruitment.
- Continually meet and exceed the expectations of clients with their temporary and permanent recruitment needs.
- Ensure the company hits its strategic targets around regional growth and profit maximisation.
- Liaise and collaborate with other branches and divisions to ensure wider business opportunities are identified.
- Monitor and ensure performance and personal development of all team members.
- Grow the business through new and existing clients, deliver the budget.
What are we looking for?
- Full UK Drivers Licence with own vehicle.
- Excellent communication, relationship building and networking skills.
- Experience gained within recruitment, ideally within the industrial sector.
- A self- starter to achieve tasks and overcome problems as well as provide direction for others.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership experience or abilities.
