End-User Engagement Strategy Project Manager
The Opportunity:
Whether it’s process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, organizational change management comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better. Although many companies know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Thankfully, that’s what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It’s why we’re looking for an organizational transformation and change consultant like you who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.
This is an opportunity to create efficiency in electronic health records modernization. As a change management consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop, manage, and delegate end-user engagement (EUE) strategy actions, taskers, risks and issues, products, meetings, and additional ad-hoc tasks. You will review strategy deliverables and work products for requirements compliance and maintain EUE repeatable templates and processes to promote consistent delivery of work at the national, VISN, and local level.
You will also maintain and develop new EUE templates, collaborating with stakeholders for input. You will be expected to prepare for and facilitate internal team and external stakeholder meetings and contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to EUE strategy work. You should be comfortable with coordinating and integrating with end-user engagement and adoption (EUEA) change program management and data management workstreams. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.
