Position Overview:
The Digital Media Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to achieve our brand's objectives. This role focuses on creating, managing, and analyzing content across social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and other digital channels to increase brand visibility and enhance customer engagement. The Digital Media Marketing Manager will work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Campaign Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to create digital marketing content, including blog posts, videos, graphics, and other engaging assets.
- Social Media Management:Oversee social media accounts, create engaging content, and respond to user interactions to build brand loyalty.
Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Analyze engagement metrics and adapt strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Paid Media & Advertising:Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
Monitor budget spend and adjust campaigns to achieve the best ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and apply findings to improve ad performance.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Marketing:Optimize web content to improve organic search rankings and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
Track and analyze site traffic, conversions, and bounce rates to inform content strategy.
- Analytics & Reporting:Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign performance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing efforts.
Create regular reports for leadership on key metrics, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Collaborations & Partnerships:Identify and develop partnerships with influencers, media partners, and digital content creators to expand brand reach.
Coordinate joint marketing efforts with other departments, such as sales and product development.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.
Conduct regular market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and digital usage.
- Team Leadership & Development:Oversee and mentor junior digital marketing team members.
Provide training and guidance to ensure team members are aligned with the latest digital marketing practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO software).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
