Job Description Main Duties:
- Restock self service area with food, snacks, and beverages according to inventory levels and client preferences.
- Monitor self service areas for cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring they always meet health and safety standards.
- Perform routine cleaning such as cleaning coffee machines, hydration points etc.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, and stock taking.
- Take weekly reading from coffee machines to monitor sales.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to users, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise vending self service area placement and product selection based on Client's preferences.
- Always represent the company in a professional manner, maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor with clients and customers.
- Assist with other catering duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of catering events as needed, including transporting tea and coffee supplies to event locations.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Shift Time:
- 40hr per week.
- 8hr shift on every weekday. No weekends!
- 30min break.
- Start and finish time TBC but will be between 6am and 7pm.

The candidate will be working in a high profile international client office near the heart of the City.
As a Vending Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and in the self- service areas. You will be responsible for restocking and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards and providing excellent customer service to users.
Qualifications - This job can be physically demanding, the ability to be on your feet most of the day and to be able to lift heavier object safely is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, guests, and staff members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, resolving conflicts or customer complaints with professionalism.
