Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Scissor Lift Operator to join our Livingston based clients warehouse team for an upcoming project.

The project will start the middle of April, lasting approximately 8-10 weeks (although may be extend) - please note that this project is based on-site.

What's on offer?

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
• £12 per hour - paid weekly

Working as a Scissor Lift Operator your duties will include, but not limited to the daily use of a Scissor Lift to transport and store material around the warehouse.

To be successful within this role you will have a MEWP current certificate (copy required), and experience operating a Scissor Lift in a busy environment. Combined with the following skill and traits:

• The ability to use bespoke warehouse systems
• Confident in taking direction and both written and verbal instructions
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work alone and as part of a team

Please Note - You must be available for Saturday work where required - Saturday is not overtime

A competitive rate of pay at £10.71 per hour, with overtime paid at £13.38 - plus full training, immediate starts and on-going work.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm

Your duties as a Food Production Operative: Packing and dispatching finished goods; Working on the production line; labelling products, and conducting the quality inspection of products.

To be successful within this production role you will have ideally have previous experience in a production, manufacturing or similar environment, with experience in food production beneficial - although full training is provided.
