Assembly Operator
£11.44ph Kettering, Monday to Thursday7.30am - 4.0 0pm, Friday 7.30am - 3.45pm Permanent after successful temporary period, Immediate Start.
Our client has been established for over 30 years providing premium quality products and in doing so they have developed a reputation as one of the top manufacturers of engineered products in the UK.
Duties:
- Assembling trusses, and ensuring all products meet company quality standards.
- All Profile trusses are complete correctly.
- Ensure weekly delivery dates and requirements are achieved as planned with the Production Manager
- Housekeeping of work area, ensuring H&S regulations are always adhered to.
- Assist colleagues in other areas as and when required.
- To ensure paperwork is accurately completed and filed in the relevant locations.
The Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good team player with a positive, proactive attitude to workload and comfortable working to schedules
- Excellent attention to detail, good eyesight with the ability to produce quality work.
- Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Able to manage own work and deliver on time.
- Reliable and hardworking
- Work in a tidy and clean manner.
