Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with a strong background in enterprise accounting, HR, and payroll software. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our products, from the initial engagement with clients to commissioning, including configuration and testing. The role will involve working with both private and public sector clients, ensuring that our software meets their unique needs and exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that align with their business goals.
Lead the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Manage and prioritize feature requests, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback and business priorities.
Collaborate with the engineering team to define technical specifications and ensure successful implementation.
Conduct product training sessions for both internal teams and clients.
Support the sales and marketing teams in promoting and positioning the product in the market.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in the enterprise accounting/HR/payroll software domain.
Strong understanding of private and public sector client needs and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Experience with the full product lifecycle, including configuration and testing.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
