Job Summary:
Commercial Cards is a strategic product offering under Payment product group, which has achieved phenomenal revenue growth in the recent years. As a Commercial Card Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, development, and management of the commercial card product suite. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability of the commercial card product portfolio in Singapore.
• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining product features, specifications, and pricing strategies.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, risk, compliance, and technology teams, to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and proactively manage risks associated with the commercial card product portfolio.
• Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance against targets, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management.
• Client Engagement: Engage with key commercial clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams, including sales and relationship managers, to drive product adoption and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience, streamline processes, and optimize product profitability.
Key Requirements:
• Project management experience – min 2-4 years
• Advanced MC Office (Excel pivot and Macro/VBA);
• Understanding of Business P&L, revenue and expense dynamics;
• Singapore-based
• Great organization skills
• Good communication skills
• Professional business English
Plus:
• Cards / Payment industry experience or background;
• Business travel industry experience/background
• Knowledge or experience with pricing activities in transaction banking area
• Incremental Asian languages
