Our client is a leading contractor in the Newbuild Residential sector and is in need of a talented and experienced Multiskiller / Snagger for their residential project in the Crewe Area. This is an exciting opportunity, so apply now as this role won't be available for long.


As a Multiskiller / Snagger, your responsibilities will include:

• Plastering, joinery work on plots
• Conducting inspections to identify defects or unfinished work
• Documenting all identified issues on snag list
• Communicate progress and any issues to Site Managers

You will require:

• A CSCS card
• A Joinery background is desirable

What we offer:

• £19 per hour
• Immediate Start (01/08/24)
• 4 + weeks of work

PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR JOB PURPOSE

To provide all round administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the production facilities. To assist in the co-ordination of stock to be able to produce. Ensure all key stock is controlled to deliver consistent operating standards. Manage stock levels and system reports.

PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES

• Provide a broad administrative support to ensure production operates smoothly
• Support in the co-ordination of stock to produce required daily volumes
• Ensure physical stock and system stock numbers are correct at all times
• Generate daily reports regarding production efficiency
• Identify variances to planned targets
• Input weekly figures
• Record and monitor KPIs
• Ensure correct amounts of materials are supplied to the line
• Complete batch reporting
• Investigate and analyse to identify best practice
• Complete regular stock counts and consumables stock counts
• Ensure all production SOPs are correct and up to date
• Order and manage PPE
• Order consumables as and when required
• Accurately record and analyse data to provide KPI information

PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS

• Proven extensive experience within an administration role
• Ideally experienced working within a manufacturing environment
• Confident using various systems especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• It is preferred you have experience using Oracle
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator
• Able to multi-task and prioritise
• Confident decisions maker
• Flexible
• Adaptable

PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR PACKAGE

• Working Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm
• £23,500
• KPI bonus based on annual target – 10% of salary
