You will be willing to undertake a traineeship which involves both on the job training as well as a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations. What does a work day look like as a Trainee Water Operator? You will be operating and monitoring Pump Stations, Treatment Plants and water wastewater networks as well as everything from lab work, using computer software, operating small machinery and equipment.
