A leading Logistics company specialising in providing global shipping and supply chain solutions is looking for an experienced and passionate "Senior Air Export Operator".
This fantastic company provides transportation and consultation services in the Colnbrook area and has been operating for more than 40 years now.
Job Role involves ( this is not an exhaustive list) :
•Contact shippers.
•Arrange collections.
•Cut MAWB & HAWBs, displaying knowledge of country requirements, IATA rates & airline requirements ie operator variations, Promo references etc.
•Demonstrate negotiations with airlines for maximum margin.
•Complete Customs entries and have knowledge of slightly more complex procedure codes. (IPR, BONDED, EXPORT LICENCING etc).
•Provide quotations & understand market rates.
•High customer service levels throughout providing agents post flights, departure advice etc.
•Additional bonus qualifications – Dangerous Goods trained & Aviation Security trained up to level CO (Cargo Operative).
•Ability to provide a safety net to ensure nothing is missed.
•Adhere to a fast-paced environment with strong email management & response time.
Any knowledge outside of Airfreight is welcomed.
For our AirFreight Imports, CDS experience is useful.

•5 + Years Experience in the industry required
