Due to expansion and the securing of new contracts, my client are looking to add to their skilled team with the addition of a Production Engineer.

We are looking for someone with a couple of years' experience working within a production environment, who now wishes to progress their career within a company which actively promotes internal promotions.. the company have a global customer base and design, manufacture and distribution a range of products for a range of sectors.

THE ROLE:

• Creating Parts & BOMS in the ERP system.
• Purchasing materials and consumables.
• Material inspection against engineering drawings.
• Material marking for easy identification.
• Preparation of all necessary project documentation for customer approval.
• Liaising with, coordinating and managing third parties crucial to the project schedule.
• Conducting quality inspections throughout the project lifespan and at project hold points.
• Marking, tagging, stickering and assembly of products.

THE PERSON:

• 2years experience within production environment.
• Experience using an ERP/MRP systems
• Relationship management skills are required, as you will be liaising daily with customers, suppliers and other key stakeholders.
• A confident self-starter with the ability to prioritize and proactively manage their own workload, to achieve project schedules.
• Have an engineering background and being confident interpreting drawings, customer specifications, ordering materials, preparing project documentation, and using AutoCad software.
• Experience in goods inward or material inspection would be highly advantageous

• We are seeking a passionate Technical Operator is to Operate, Maintain, Improve and Repair our new state of the art clean room within our Runcorn facility. You will support the delivery of operational KPI’s (Productivity, Quality, Safety, Health and Environment, Cost, Delivery). Working within an autonomous team the Technical Operator will drive excellent standards of production delivery and continuous improvement, whilst always protecting a safe and sustainable environment.

You will be required to champion specific skills and coach others. You will have a basic understanding of key cost drivers in the clean room and will grow this in line with your project management skills
• As the Technical Operator you will be at the heart of our clean room ensuring that all KPI’s are managed
• Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Ecommerce and the production teams to ensure we deliver excellence to our customer
• Technical - Knowledge and application of technical skills to Operate, Maintain, Improve and Repair (OMIR) equipment. This allows production targets to be met safely, at the right level of quality and on time
• Understand the principles of mechanism and motion and be able to conduct changeovers on our bottling and pouch lines
• Identify and troubleshoot problems with the packing machines. Perform basic repairs, such as fixing jams, and resolving minor mechanical issues.
• Safety - Utilise appropriate safety and environmental procedures for people, processes, materials, products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment for the whole team

The Role:

They are renowned for providing high quality and innovative engineered products, who manufacture for a variety of applications including construction, recycling and agricultural machinery. They are now on the lookout for a Production Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for organising and control production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to the standards prescribed in the businesses quality management system. You should critically analyse and continuously improve the processes, reducing waste in all production areas with a drive towards ensuring a safe working environment is provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities – Production Manager

• Ensure the Health and safety of all staff is of the highest priority using safe systems of work, risk assessments and other tools to promote a safety first culture within the Production team.
• Ensure that all product is built in accordance with the required quality standards and build guidelines
• Ensure daily targets and despatches are achieved in a timely manner
