Job Title: Reeler B2 Fork lift operator
Location: Sheerness
Shift: Varies depending on vessel schedule (6 am - 6 pm / 6 pm - 6 am)
Pay Rate: From £12.25 per hour
Access to own vehicle preferred due to site location
Working Hours:
- 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Position Overview:
McGinley Supports Services is looking for experienced Reeler Forklift Truck Drivers / FLT Operatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the safe and efficient movement of cargo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Forklift to transport cargo
- Operating FLT with reeler attachment
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers safely and efficiently
- Stacking and organizing pallets and other items within the shed
- Conducting pre-operation inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in proper working condition
Qualifications:
- Recent experience driving a Forklift Truck (Reach or Counterbalance) is essential - NPORS, ITSAR or RTITB certificate
- COSHH
- Manual Handling
