An exciting and rare opportunity has opened up for an Events Co-coordinator, primarily responsible for administration of events at the Assembly Rooms.
The post holder may also be required to support across the Cultural Venues; Usher Hall, Ross Bandstand and Church Hill Theatre.
This is a pivotal role responsible to the Business Development Manager. The Events Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all contracted events with day to day client liaison, as well as working closely with service providers including caterers and production companies. Building and retaining relationships with clients to support the sales team will also be a key role.
Experience within the hospitality sector would be desirable, with a background in event operation or coordination.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
