As a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER, GS-1152-09, you will be responsible for advising, planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance requirements and utilization scheduling between maintenance, operations, and external organizations. Actively participates in the Wing Flying Hour Working Group for planning, scheduling, and execution of the Wing's Flying Hour Allocation process. Verify and reconciles the accuracy of unit flying hour allocations daily with Wing Operations Group and as directed with NGB AVDO and the Flying Hour Analyst. Manages all assigned major commodity areas (Airframe, Engine, Components and Special Projects). Develops, analyzes and evaluates multiple Maintenance Information System(s) (MIS) and various databases reports, charts and graphs to inform senior maintenance management. Actively participates in daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling, and quarterly/yearly planning programs and meetings. Communicate and advise leadership of potential over-utilization conditions. Analyzes and improves repair processes, methods, procedures and standards. Research and determine cause for missed maintenance-related scheduled events and documents findings as required. Develop local procedures to ensure effective and efficient scheduling of engines, support equipment, and develops, writes, and publishes guidance for aircraft document reviews. Work Schedule: This position works on a 5/4/9 compressed work schedule that consists of a 5-day workweek, then a 4-day workweek (eight 9-hour days and one 8-hour day and an SDO, Scheduled Day Off) to complete the 80-hour pay period. Work schedule is subject to change based on mission requirements.

- Leads a team of trades and/or labor workers. The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to develop and implement aircraft maintenance work plans and schedules to ensure the effective and efficient accomplishment of required maintenance and coordination in support of unit operational flight scheduling. Duties:
1. Develops maintenance plans for assigned aircraft and associated equipment. Develops preliminary operational schedules (utilization plans) and provides the Operations Group with an estimate of maintenance support capability to meet operational requirements
2. Implements maintenance plans through the development and publication of maintenance schedules to include scheduled and unscheduled repair actions, time-sensitive inspections or modifications, component time change replacement and aircraft or system inspections
3. Responsible for maintaining Data Documentation to include Aircraft Maintenance Historical Documentation, Aircraft Jacket Files, Aircraft Document Reviews. Coordinates the implementation of the Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) Program, to include the application of individual TCTOs
4. Serves as Aerospace Vehicle Distribution Officer (AVDO) to include the overall responsibilities for the maintenance and reporting of aircraft inventory and status/utilization for all assigned aircraft.
5. Monitors configuration management of the unit aircraft. Provides unit managers the capability to determine the actual versus approved configuration of an aircraft or equipment. Conducts training and skill level progression of assigned Air Force Reserve production schedulers
