• Serves as a project manager through the full project life cycle processes of initiating, executing, controlling, and close-out on assigned projects.

As an Arista Software Manufacturing Engineer - Debug Focus, you will engage with Engineering, Platform Design, CM Partners, CA personnel and other business functions. You will get an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high caliber team building test software to help validate high-speed digital designs and achieve high yields in manufacturing Arista Network products used in the computer networking industry's largest data centers and AI based applications.

What You'll Do

• Manage and drive quality metrics and improvement activities (yields, bone pile, scrap rates, component fallout).
• Line stops / purges / quality issues leadership.
• Drive product failure debug activities to minimize scrap rate.
• Actively debug product failures.
• Assess manufacturing personnel technical capability.
• Ensure that production site receives the required level of product training.
• Provide hardware debug mentorship to contract manufacturing test engineers and debug technicians. Improve manufacturing operations test processes and actively enhance efficiency, consistency, cost avoidance, and customer satisfaction.
• Address Return Rate (RMA) and customer complaints.
• DRT participation and leadership. Actively work with the Defect Reduction Team to identify product issues and drive resolutions.

Major Duties:
On a recurring basis, operates farm-type tractors and towed or attached equipment to maintain grounds and road medians and/or perform farming functions. The incumbent frequently operates towed or attached equipment from the seat of the tractor through hydraulic or mechanical controls.

Equipment operated may include mowers, aerators, plows, harrows, chippers, sprayers, disks, post hole diggers, front-end loading devices, movable dozer blades, and backhoes. This equipment may be powered by direct drive or a power takeoff. Work may involve taking multiple mechanical and hydraulic connections between the towed or attached equipment and the tractor and make numerous equipment adjustments. Incumbent works on level or rolling terrain in such areas as open fields, parks, orchards, lawns, and along roadways.

As required, uses the fertilizer spreader to apply fertilizers as needed during the year. utilizes the aerator as needed on established turf. Uses auger, when needed to bore holes as required. Pulls plowing disc, to break dirt crust as needed. May level ground to give an even grade within boundaries as required.

• Manages eQIP, the USDA web-based Security Entry Tracking System (webSETS) database, Service Now, SharePoint, USAccess, USAStaffing and other systems related to personnel security and Linc-Pass.
• Initiate and coordinate the background investigation and national security clearance process, based on data provided from employees and human resources staff in the electronic questionnaire system (eQIP).
• Analyzes and process adjudications for employees and contractors that require credentials under HSPD-12, making determinations on the suitability of employees and contractors for access to government systems and facilities.
• Initiate and coordinate the background investigation and national security clearance processes, i.e., preemployment security determination for federal and nonfederal applicants offered a FPAC position.
• Reviews and adjudicates adverse and highly sensitive personnel security background investigations.
