We are currently recruiting for Wax Press, Frazing and Assembly Operatives for our client in Worcester.

This is a temp to perm position that offers a long term progression opportunity.

**Shift Times:**

Monday-Thursday 7.45am 4.30pm


* Friday 7.30am 1pm

**Pay Rates:**


* £11.59ph

**Responsibilities:**


* Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
* Operate hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
* Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
* Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
* Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues or concerns

**Requirements:**


* knowledge of working with tools and machinery
* Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred
* Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
* Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Although experience in Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing would be beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be given for all these roles.

Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour + Shift Allowance


Shift Pattern: Weekend Days
Friday: 5:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 5:30 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday: 5:30 am - 6:00 pm
Break: 30 minutes (unpaid)


Role Overview: Join an established aerospace company as a CNC Operator working with forged steel components. We are looking for a skilled individual with experience in operating CNC machines, preferably Heller models, to help maintain our high-quality production standards. In this role, you will be responsible for machine operation, monitoring, and quality checking parts to meet strict aerospace standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a CNC Operator, ideally with Heller machines.
Background in aerospace manufacturing or similar industries preferred.
Strong understanding of quality control and inspection processes.
Ability to work independently, interpret technical drawings, and follow complex instructions.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
