Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2024 they are looking for a Assembly & Test Technician to join their Engineering team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Working to exceptionally tight tolerances on the build of bespoke equipment
Assembling valves, manifolds, actuators within a high precision environment
Working with measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges
Working from engineering drawings and work instructions, ensuring high caliber of quality is followed at all times.
Be involved in all aspects of the build, stripping, assembly and testing equipment
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
BTEC Level 3 Engineering or equivalent discipline
Experience within an engineering / manufacturing environment role and industry, RAF/Navy background will also be considered.
Benefits Package:
Salary:- £36,000 - £39,000
Hours:- Monday - Friday Days - 37.5hrs a week - Flexible start time, half day Friday
