We are currently recruiting for Manufacturing operative role
to work for our Client based in Wellingborough who is world leader in automotive refinishing with a wide range of products specialising in driving surface perfection including fillers, aerosols, coatings, adhesives and more.
Rotating shift AM/PM, only apply if you can work rotating shift please.
The job involves
Operate mixing and associated equipment
Maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping
Actively participate in safety, quality and continuous improvement activities
Challenges personal performance and develops own skills and supports the team to deliver consistent results
Demonstrate a working knowledge and application of continuous improvement tools in daily work and is capable of actively participating in improvement teams.
Competencies required
- 3 years' experience in manufacturing operations
- must be competent in numeracy to read and understand numbers, batch cards, interpret and manipulate data where required
- Excellent verbal communication and team work skills to work with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets
- psychically fit as heavy lifting involved
- checkable work history
Experience in manufacturing / process industry necessary !!!!!
Working hours (rotating shift)
Week 1) Monday - Friday 06:00-14:00
Week 2) Monday - Friday 14:00-22:00
