Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Chief, Education and Training in administering the education and training programs, provide technical guidance and assistance to managers and supervisors within unit organizations on all aspects of the program. Additionally, provides training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein.

Duties:

• Assists the Chief, Education and Training in implementation and administration of Air Force policies for the AF Voluntary Education Programs.
• Administers diversified Air Force testing program.
• Formal Schools.
• Responsible for overall management OJT program for the wing.
• Monitors the overall accuracy and reliability of all data entered into and maintained in Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS) and Education and Training Systems.
• Plans, directs, organizes, and coordinates operations of the Advance Distributed Learning, and multimedia education and training programs.

• Administers Installation Formal Training program.
• Administers Installation Enlisted Professional Military Education program.
• Assists Civilian Training program manager with installation civilian training program.
• Performs ancillary duties.
• Uses varied and advanced functions of office automation software to create, format, modify, edit, and print a variety of letters, reports, memos, and other textual documents.
