Key Responsibilities
The postholder will support the effective and efficient teaching and learning in Design Technology and other practical subjects through the provision of technical and other support
Duties
Provide a technical support service to the Technology and Art Departments.
Checking the maintenance machinery, tools, components and accessories including determining maintenance schedules and keeping appropriate records in the teaching spaces used by the department.
To carry out repairs where appropriate, arranging for maintenance and repairs to be carried out where required and reporting defects in the Premises to the Premises Manager.
